With its unique layout, our duplex is perfect for students looking for off-campus housing. The open concept main floor features the living room, dining room and kitchen with raised bar and the convenience of a half bath and access to the attached garage.
The four bedrooms upstairs are all identical in size and share proximity to the open study area, two full bathrooms and laundry area.
Move-ins for this style of duplex will next be available June of 2025. If you would like to begin the application process and secure a duplex, please fill out our application and send the $50 application fee (each tenant must apply separately, max 4 occupants). Most students will require a co-signer for approval. Once all members have applied and are approved, we will set a date and sign your lease. An initial $400 payment toward your total $1000 security deposit is due at the time of signing.
6 bedroom townhouse (2 available starting Aug 15th 2024): These have spacious dining, living and family areas on the lower level, as well as an expanded kitchen, half bathroom and back patio area. The upper level has six bedrooms of equal size, upper landing, three full bathrooms, and a linen room with two washers and dryers. There is also an attached automatic garage, as well as additional parking available for residents.
We are currently taking applications for these brand new 6 bedroom units. If you would like to begin the application process and secure one, please fill out our application and send the $50 application fee (each tenant must apply separately, max 6 occupants). Most students will require a co-signer for approval. Once all members have applied and are approved, we will set a date and sign your lease. An initial $600 payment toward your total $1500 security deposit is due at the time of lease signing.
