If you would like to begin the application process and secure one, please fill out our application and send the $50 application fee (each tenant must apply separately, max 6 occupants). Most students will require a co-signer for approval. Once all members have applied and are approved, we will set a date and sign your lease. An initial $600 payment toward your total $1500 security deposit is due at the time of lease signing.
