After having rented our first few duplexes that were made available July 1, 2015, we now have completion of the full 1st phase of 16  units. 

Phase 2 recently completed (summer of 2024). This phase includes a rowhouse containing two 4 bedroom units, and three 6 bedroom units. All include back patio areas and larger square footage.
